#APC_Primaries_CRS NORTH #For_the_Records:...They may have a stolen ticket, but I have the genuine MANDATE OF THE PEOPLE!

1. I Richard Ogbeche Esq, a founding member of APC from Yala LGA, and a political appointee of President Mohamodu Buhari, conscious of the fact that my principal will be contesting the presidential election in February 2018,and that the conduct of the ongoing party primaries will affect his chances, on my own accord and expense sent out eleven persons including my self to monitor the senatorial and house of representatives elections today 03/10/2018 in Yala LGA of CRS in the eleven council wards, materials did not get to Yala and primary did not hold, I have evidence to prove this by way of recorded videos, interviews etc,

I am prepared to defend this any where in the interest of my principal. This post is for record purposes and the attention of government departments concerned.

#Above is the refrain of events that actually occurred in CRS NORTH, during the so-called primaries.

2. Obudu election materials were hijacked and filled by the returning officer Joe Ogar under the direct supervision of an aging expired cultist.

3. Obanliku was stolen by the Returning Officer, one Parabo. The materials were moved out to another senatorial district for filling. I have recorded conversations of this fellow demanding 3m so they will allocate the results in my favour.

These activities were coordinated by people with only one aim, to STOP ME, to stop the people and the good I represent in order to continue to steal, milk and pauperise my people and our area. E no go fly! Them jam flood!

It is only logical that anyone who gained through this kind of process will certainly get punished in the actual election. TICKET NO BE MANDATE!

They may have a stolen ticket, but I have the genuine MANDATE OF THE PEOPLE! And I will use that at the elections as I deem fit.

#Ray_Power, stronger by the day!

(In Ogoja and Bekwarra were elections took places, I WON CONVINCINGLY despite efforts to cancel my own ward, Ogoja Urban 1)
